Hi, I'm Renay!

I’m a former professional dancer turned yogi. My journey with yoga started in a hot yoga/Bikram style class when I was looking for ways to cross train. Yoga became a healing space for me and carried me through injuries and heartache; no matter what was happening in life, I could always roll out my mat, sweat it out, and reset.

A few years into my practice, I was at a friend’s bachelorette weekend when the yoga instructor canceled last minute. The Bride looked at me and said, “Hey, you practice all the time—want to teach?” So I did. And in that moment, something clicked. That experience lit a fire in me to get certified, and I’ve been teaching ever since—now for over 10 years!

I love guiding students through powerful, intentional movement and creating space for them to feel strong, grounded, and connected. I teach all-levels Power Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal Yoga, Hot26, and SUP Yoga. Whether you’re looking to build strength, stretch it out, or just breathe a little deeper, I’d love to flow with you!

Beyond the yoga mat, you can find me baking chocolate chip cookies, listening to 90's soft rock, snowboarding, and volunteering at my local animal rescue.
